In Bishkek, a guy on a "Lisyana" scared people, created an emergency situation, and then denied his guilt.
According to information announced on March 30 by the press service of the Patrol Police, the driver's identity has been established. During a conversation with patrol officer Nadyrbek Zhusupov, he began to deny his guilt and suggested checking the recordings from the cameras. In response, Zhusupov stated that the video of his violation was already available online. In reply, the driver tried to justify himself, claiming that he had not exceeded the speed limit.
As a result of the incident, a report was drawn up, and the car was sent to the impound lot.
