It has been reported that a resident of Kyrgyzstan approached the SCNS, claiming that an individual named "Sahab" had engaged in fraudulent activities. According to her, this man introduced himself as an employee of the SCNS, gained her trust, and promised to help free her son, who was in the detention facility SIZO-1. As a result of the deception, he received from the woman a sum of 24,100 dollars and 100,000 soms.
Additionally, another citizen of Kyrgyzstan reported that in September 2025, in Bishkek, "Sahab," posing as a national security officer, promised to bring Vietnamese citizens for employment in a sewing workshop. However, after receiving 14,000 dollars, he failed to fulfill his obligations, disappeared, and did not return the money.
In connection with the initiated criminal case, the suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS, and investigative actions are ongoing.
The SCNS urges all victims of "A.S." to contact the Main Department of the SCNS in Bishkek for further action.
