He noted that there is a significant number of cases where schoolchildren and students sell their banking information for amounts ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 soms.
"This can lead to criminal liability for the cardholder. Dear parents, even if you open a card for your children, it is important to remember that transferring or selling it to third parties is a crime. Since the beginning of the year, more than 30 minors have been held accountable, and in several cases, arrests have occurred," added Toktonaliev.
