According to law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on February 18 at around 11:00 PM on the bypass road in the Kemin district. Citizen K.E. reported to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district that his acquaintance, under the pretext of selling gold jewelry, threatened him with an object resembling a pistol in order to seize his money.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the suspects — D.A. (born in 2001), Z.A. (born in 1998), and D.K. (born in 1997) — had prepared a plan for the attack in advance. They arrived at the scene in a Lexus vehicle, armed with a Makarov pistol.
However, they were unable to carry out their criminal intentions as they were detained by police officers.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the detainees under Articles 36 and 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Preparation for Robbery").
The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court has determined their preventive measure — two months of custody.
The investigation is ongoing, and necessary examinations have been appointed.
