In the Chuy region, law enforcement agencies have detained a man on suspicion of committing murder at a dacha in Kara-Balta, as reported by the press service of the regional police department.
On March 22, information was received at the police department of the Jayil district that an unknown body had been discovered buried at the "Yuzhnaya" dacha. An investigative team promptly arrived at the scene.
During the examination of the area, a man's body was found at a depth of approximately 15–20 cm, who was later identified as B.N., born in 1993.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, it was revealed that on March 19, the suspect, born in 1988, named D.R., met with three men. After using drugs together, a conflict arose between them, which escalated into a fight.
The investigation suggests that two of the participants left the scene, while D.R. continued to beat one of the men. He then took the victim to his dacha by taxi, where the violence continued. As a result of the injuries sustained, the man died. To conceal the traces of the crime, D.R. buried the body on his property and scattered the victim's personal belongings around the area.
It has also been revealed that the detained individual has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
At present, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation is ongoing.
