According to the police, the incident occurred on March 22, 2026, when a report was received at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Jayil district about the discovery of a body at the "Southern" dacha site in Kara-Balta.
The investigative operational group arrived at the scene, where a grave containing the body of a man was found at a depth of 15–20 centimeters. It was later established that the deceased was B.N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (murder) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
During the investigation, it was revealed that on March 19, the suspect D.R., born in 1988, met three men. After using drugs, a conflict arose between them, which escalated into a fight.
According to the investigation, two men fled, while D.R. held the victim, who was subjected to brutal beating. He then took him by taxi to his dacha, where he continued to inflict blows, ultimately leading to the victim's death.
To cover up the traces of the crime, D.R. buried the body on his property and scattered the victim's personal belongings and clothing in various locations.
It is noteworthy that since 2014, the suspect has been registered with a psychiatrist.
Currently, the man has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
