A person suspected of committing murder has been arrested in the Chui region.
According to information provided by the regional Department of Internal Affairs, on March 22, a report was received that the body of a man had been found at the "Southern" dacha site in the southern part of Kara-Balta. During the examination of the crime scene, law enforcement authorities discovered the corpse buried 15–20 cm from the inner side of the fence.
It has been established that the deceased is B.N., born in 1993.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation revealed that on March 19, the suspect met three men with whom he later used drugs. During a conflict that arose, a fight occurred, resulting in two men fleeing, while D.R. remained with B.N., beat him, and took him by taxi to the dacha site, where he continued to inflict blows. As a result of the injuries sustained, the victim died.
To conceal the traces of the crime, the suspect buried the body at the dacha and scattered personal belongings and clothing in various places.
It is also known that D.R. has been registered with a psychiatrist since 2014.
The investigation is ongoing.
