In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, two men suspected of robbery have been detained.
According to information from the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, the incident occurred on March 20 at around 13:45 on Fuchik Street. Unknown individuals attacked a local resident, beat him, and openly took his personal belongings. As a result of the attack, the victim had his wallet, containing an MBank card and ID passport, stolen, and the screen of his Redmi 14 Pro mobile phone was damaged.
The Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case under Article 206, concerning robbery, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects, identified as K.E. (born in 2004) and A.U. (born in 1990), were detained during operational activities. One of them has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
