Founder of "AY Holding" Sharshenbek Abdykerimov published a statement from London
According to Abdykerimov, the arrested Eldar Jakypbekov allegedly acted against him on the instructions of Kamchybek Tashiev, the former head of the State National Security Committee (GKNB). He also reported that over the past few years, he underwent several serious surgeries, suffered a stroke, and faced cardiovascular issues.
The founder of "AY Holding" noted that his life changed drastically after the revolution in Kyrgyzstan. He claims that he lost his business, health, and family, ending up alone in London.
In his address, Abdykerimov stated, "When you are on the brink of life and death, you start to perceive everything around you differently." He emphasized that he spent over 30 years building his business, providing jobs for thousands of people, but all of it was destroyed in three years.
Additionally, he mentioned betrayal from those he trusted. According to him, at the moment he was fighting for his life, those around him began to divide and appropriate his property and valuables.
In conclusion of his message, Abdykerimov expressed his intention to share more details about his life, business journey, the creation of the holding, and the events that, in his opinion, led to the company's collapse.
It is worth noting that on September 8, 2023, Sharshenbek Abdykerimov was tried in absentia. According to the GKNB, a number of major assets linked to him were returned to state ownership. In November of the previous year, Kamchybek Tashiev, then head of the security service, claimed that Abdykerimov had not paid excise tax on alcoholic products.
