The complainant stated that on March 9, a group of unknown individuals illegally took possession of a black Mercedes-Benz on Elebesov Street and fled the scene.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 211 ("Theft of a Motor Vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual is B.R., born in 1991, who is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
