This fact was registered, and a judicial linguistic examination was appointed. According to its results, it was established that the video materials posted on the account were linked to the resource Buran Info, which is associated with banned religious organizations.
It was also revealed that the user posted materials from the website Turkiston.kg, which has been recognized in Kyrgyzstan as a propaganda resource for the international extremist group "Hizb ut-Tahrir".
Based on the collected data, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Alamudun district initiated a criminal case under the article "Production and dissemination of extremist materials" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Operational measures allowed for the identification of the account owner — a citizen identified as Sh.A., born in 1987. He was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to establish possible accomplices and gather additional evidence.
The Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region reminded that the dissemination of extremist materials is a criminally punishable offense.
