According to information from the press service of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate, 47-year-old city council deputy Razzakova, known as A.U., became the subject of an investigation following a complaint from his former relative. The case materials indicate that the deputy used obscene and extremely offensive language towards the complainant.
The investigation into this incident was conducted by the Leilek district police in conjunction with representatives of the local prosecutor's office. After gathering the necessary evidence, the case materials were sent to court for legal assessment.
During the proceedings, the deputy was found guilty of the offense stipulated in Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses.
As a result of the court hearing, the court imposed a penalty in the form of administrative arrest for a period of three days for citizen A.U.
