According to available information, 27-year-old B.A., residing in the city of Razakov, visited his ex-wife's home in Suluktu in January 2026, allegedly to see their common child.
However, law enforcement agencies claim that he took advantage of the moment and stole gold jewelry and cash from his ex-wife's residence. As a result, her losses amounted to 160,000 soms, and she filed a complaint with the police.
This incident was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Suluktu City Police Department under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to "theft." Following this, the necessary investigative actions began.
During operational-search activities conducted by the police department staff, B.A. was detained, who turned out to be a suspect in this case.
At present, the man has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing.
