As a result of an investigation conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district in the Osh region, it was found that some officials from a preschool educational institution used the passport details of citizen K.B. to deceive, formally registering him as an employee while making social contributions and appropriating his salary.
As a result of these actions, the payment of the state allowance "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк," which had been assigned to citizen K.B. for his four minor children, was terminated, as he was considered in need.
Based on this incident, the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district has initiated a criminal case under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and investigative measures are currently being conducted.
