In the Uzgen district, employees of one of the preschool educational institutions used the passport details of a citizen, K.B., to formally register him as an employee. As a result of this fraud, they made social deductions in his name and appropriated his salary.
These actions led to the termination of the state allowance "Үй-бүлөгө көмөк," which had been assigned to citizen K.B. for the support of his four minor children.
Following this incident, the prosecutor's office of the Uzgen district initiated a criminal case under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, necessary investigative measures are being conducted.
