According to law enforcement agencies, on March 13, 2026, a report of an alleged suicide was received at number 102. An investigative operational group from the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department was dispatched to the scene.
Upon inspection, the body of K. K., born in 1981, was found in a GAC vehicle with a gunshot wound. A 12 mm caliber smoothbore shotgun Izh-18, 13 cartridges, a shell casing, two mobile phones, a suicide note, and other evidence were seized from the scene.
A preliminary forensic examination revealed gunshot wounds to the chest of the deceased. A forensic medical examination has been appointed for further investigation.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the tragic incident may have been the financial problems of the deceased. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 128, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and investigative actions are currently ongoing.
Earlier, sources from law enforcement agencies Kaktus.media reported that the deceased is Kubanychbek Kapalov, the deputy head of the bailiff service at the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan, according to available information.
