In Bishkek, a traffic rule violator pushed a female inspector, causing her to fall and break her arm. The man has been detained.
According to information from the agency, the event took place on March 13 at around 08:37 at the intersection of Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue and Slavyanskaya Street. The driver, who violated traffic signs, displayed aggression when the inspector asked him to show his documents and pushed her, after which he fled.
Video footage shows the woman falling twice: the first time when she was pushed, and the second time when the violator was leaving the scene.
The man himself claims that he did not flee and took his foot off the brake pedal.
After the incident, the inspector was hospitalized in a local hospital with a broken arm.
Later, after leaving his car, the violator attempted to escape but was detained by local residents and handed over to the police.
A criminal case has been initiated against the driver, born in 1996 and identified as A.B., under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Hooliganism"). He has been placed in the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
An investigation is underway.
