About $32,000 for each sold "BMW" did not reach the owner.

An incident related to the sale of a "BMW" car occurred in the Osh region, resulting in the money not being transferred to the owner.

According to the press service of the Osh city police, the incident took place on December 23, 2025. A resident of this city, R.L., born in 1991, valued the white "BMW J30" at 31,700 US dollars and promised the owner to pay the specified amount on December 30, 2025. However, after receiving the car, he resold it to another person and used the proceeds for his own interests.

As a result, the car owner suffered a financial loss of 31,700 US dollars.

The investigative authorities have initiated a criminal case for fraud, in accordance with Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The suspect, R.L., was detained, and the Osh city court decided to place him in custody for a period of two months.
