Law enforcement officials reported that on March 13, human rights activist Tulekan Ismailova, activist Bermet Borukejeva, and operator Bulat Satarkulov were delivered to the Bishkek police department. This was a result of their intentions to hold a rally in front of the Pervomaisky district administration building, despite a ban established by law.

It became known that after several hours in police custody, the activists would be released after having explanatory conversations with them about the ban on holding rallies based on a court decision.

According to the Bishkek police department, employees from the service for combating extremism and illegal migration identified Tulekan Ismailova's social media account, where posts were made containing calls and slogans supporting one side of an international conflict.

In the comments to these posts, users left critical remarks and negative feedback.

In addition, citizens T. I. (born in 1954), B. B. (born in 1988), and B. S. (born in 1971) were detained at the police department for clarification of details. After the necessary documents are processed, they will be released.

The planned rally titled "Freedom to Peaceful Assemblies of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" was supposed to take place in front of the municipal administration building. However, the attempt to hold an unauthorized rally was thwarted.

It should be noted that according to the court decision, the only place designated for holding peaceful assemblies in the area is Maxim Gorky Park, where citizens can hold events after notifying the authorities in the established manner.
