According to Sadabaev, in 2007 he purchased 1 hectare of land near the "Dordoy" market from the general director of LLC "A.B." A.R. for the sum of $1.8 million. It later turned out that this plot belongs to the municipality.
Sadabaev noted that he transferred the money in parts and has confirmations of these transactions. He also reported that after the deal was completed, the seller A.R. stopped communicating and transferred the property to his younger son.
In 2015, after appealing to the financial police, Sadabaev claims he faced pressure from a criminal authority.
The citizen has repeatedly reached out to various government agencies, including the General Prosecutor's Office and the State National Security Committee (GKNB), but according to him, the case has not progressed.
Sadabaev also mentioned a meeting with GKNB employee T.A., to whom he provided materials from the criminal case. According to Sadabaev, there was a resolution on his application from the former chairman of the GKNB Kamchybek Tashiev, which contained an instruction to look into his situation.
“I was shown a statement signed by Tashiev and was assured that an investigation would begin. However, I was never called in for questioning. T.A. showed me a receipt on his phone for a transfer of $7 million to some account and said that the issue was resolved,” he said.
In conclusion of his speech, Sadabaev again appealed to the president to consider his situation.
“I ask you to pay attention to my request and make a decision in accordance with the law. I need to get my money back and compensate the state for damages,” he stated.
