The incident occurred on March 7, 2026, when a resident of the Alamedin district, known as B.A., approached the local internal affairs department for help regarding an attack on her father, B.B., born in 1965. According to her, the incident took place around 00:30 in a house in the village of Kara-Zhyjach.
During the investigation, it was revealed that a conflict arose between I.A., born in 1964, and B.B. Both men were under the influence of alcohol and were consuming alcoholic beverages. As a result of the quarrel, I.A., in a fit of anger, struck B.B. with his hands and a stick.
Despite the serious injuries sustained by the victim, the suspect roughly pushed him off the steps, causing B.B. to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. I.A., without providing assistance to the injured, fled the scene.
As a result of his actions, B.B. sustained severe injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the 4th City Clinical Hospital.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 (Causing serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, police officers were able to establish the whereabouts of I.A., who was soon detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
