According to sources, including Euronews, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) is urging Iranian civilians to stay at home. In their statement, they indicated that the Iranian authorities are using densely populated areas, including Dizful, Isfahan, and Shiraz, to launch drones and ballistic missiles.

CENTCOM representatives stated: "The Iranian regime is deliberately endangering the lives of civilians. It is also jeopardizing security throughout the Middle East by striking civilian airports, hotels, and residential areas."

U.S. military officials assured that they are doing everything possible to protect the civilian population; however, they cannot guarantee the safety of those near sites used by the Iranian regime for military purposes. "Unlike Iranian forces, we do not intentionally target civilians," they added.

It is worth noting that on March 8, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates reported new missile attacks from Iran, which also affected civilian infrastructure. According to UAE authorities, Iran launched over 100 missiles and drones. Bahrain accused Tehran of attacking civilian facilities, including a desalination plant, although the water supply in the country remains stable.

On February 28, Israel and the United States struck Iran. Donald Trump announced plans to destroy the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic.

In response, Iran began striking U.S. and allied military bases in the Middle East, including Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai (UAE), as well as Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

As a result of the attack by American and Israeli forces, the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed. His wife, Mansoureh Khodjasteh, soon died from her injuries.

Donald Trump stated that the operation in Iran would last about four weeks. A jihad was declared in Iran against the U.S. and Israel, emphasizing that there would be no negotiations.

The escalation of the conflict in the Middle East also affects other countries, including Kyrgyzstan, where thousands of tourists are stranded due to the situation in the UAE. Contact details for embassies and consulates for Kyrgyz citizens abroad can be found here.
