Information about the attack was made public on March 7. The report states that "the facility in the province of Isfahan became a victim of an air and missile attack, resulting in serious damage."
Currently, there is no information regarding potential radioactive contamination. The IAEA has not yet provided comments on this issue.
In response to the attacks, Tehran warned of its readiness to take symmetrical measures if the aggression from the USA and Israel against Iran's fuel infrastructure continues.
Earlier, there were also reports of attacks on several oil storage facilities in Iran. The Red Crescent Society warned citizens about possible acid rains caused by toxins released into the atmosphere after the explosions at the oil storage facilities.
