The names of the participants in the road traffic conflict that occurred at the intersection of Lev Tolstoy and Nekrasov streets have been revealed. They are M.B. and B.K., both born in 1997. They were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, as reported by law enforcement representatives.
As the police determined, the incident took place in November 2025.
A protocol was drawn up against one of the participants, M.B., under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses.
The case materials will be forwarded to the Lenin District Court of Bishkek for further consideration.
Earlier, a video appeared on the internet capturing the moment of the conflict that escalated into a fight.
This incident was registered in the AIS JUI of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department, after which a preliminary investigation began.
