According to law enforcement agencies, on March 2, 2026, a woman named O.N. approached the First May District Police Department. She submitted a written statement requesting action against M.K., the director of OsOO MIRELLE& COMPANY. According to her, this manager received money for organizing a tourist trip but failed to fulfill her obligations.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding this incident under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that M.K., exploiting the trust of clients, misappropriated a sum of 307,500 soms, causing significant material damage to the complainant.
At present, the detained woman has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek. Further investigative actions and operations are underway to clarify all circumstances of the case and identify any other potential victims.
