During operational activities, the police found out that the caller was a 35-year-old resident of the Issyk-Ata district, named E. A. He was detained and taken to the internal affairs department. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 132 "Knowingly false call" of the Code of Offenses.
During transportation to the internal affairs department, the man behaved inadequately, insulting the police officers, which led to an additional protocol being drawn up under Article 126 "Petty hooliganism".The materials of the case were submitted to the Issyk-Ata district court, which sentenced E. A. to five days of arrest.
