In Kante, a man lied about the murder of his wife
According to law enforcement, on March 4, an unknown drunk man called the emergency line and claimed that he had killed his wife. His speech was inadequate and incoherent.
In response to the call, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene in the city of Kant, dormitory No. 1. However, no evidence of a crime was found, and no incidents were recorded at the specified dormitory.
Law enforcement identified the caller as E.A., born in 1988 and residing in the Issyk-Ata district. He was taken to the internal affairs department of the Issyk-Ata district.
A protocol was drawn up against the man under Article 132 of the KR Code of Offenses for knowingly making a false call. Additionally, during his detention, he insulted police officers, which served as the basis for drawing up an additional protocol under Article 126 of the KR Code of Offenses (petty hooliganism).
The case was forwarded to the Issyk-Ata district court, which issued a decision for a 5-day administrative arrest of E.A.
The Chuy region police department reminds that knowingly making a false call to emergency services entails liability in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
