L.S.V., born in 1971, had been declared internationally wanted by law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan. He is accused of organizing a criminal group, fraud, and committing theft on a particularly large scale, resulting in a total damage amounting to 183 million 600 thousand tenge.
The detention was made possible thanks to coordinated efforts with foreign law enforcement agencies.
