Jibek Tanykulova, the children's aunt, spoke about the tragedy. At the time of the incident, three children of her younger brother and one son of the older brother were in the house.
The younger brother has two sons and a two-year-old daughter; their parents are currently working in Moscow.
The son of the older brother, who is in the 2nd grade, stayed with his grandmother for the weekend.
Tanykulova learned about the incident around five in the morning. She noted: “Just recently we buried our father. On Saturday, the older brother, who works at a bank, brought his son to visit their grandmother and left him here. The younger brother, who went to Moscow with his wife, has three children: two boys and a girl who is only two years old. In the house were my mother, my sister, and the children of my brothers. We just spoke yesterday; no one could have anticipated such a terrible event would happen,” she shared.
All four children lived with their grandmother and aunt. According to preliminary data, the cause of the tragic fire that claimed the children's lives was a short circuit in the electrical wiring during the night.
The children's funeral is scheduled for March 5 at 3:00 PM in their native village.
