According to information received by the police on February 5, a local resident reported that on January 7, he transferred $23,500 for the purchase of a "Gelandewagen" car with subsequent re-registration. However, despite the payment, he did not receive either the car or his money back.
This incident was recorded in accordance with Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to fraud.
The suspect, identified as I.M., born in 2002, was detained and sent to a temporary detention facility.
The investigation into the case is currently ongoing.
