During the investigation, it was revealed that a 38-year-old man with the initials S. M., born in 1988, was setting off firecrackers in the village area. A toy gun in his hands created a false impression among witnesses that he was shooting with a real weapon, which caused serious concern among residents.
This incident was registered in the automated information system (AIS ZHUI) of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Lenin District of Bishkek.
The police reminded that the use of pyrotechnic devices and items that imitate firearms in public places can lead to misunderstandings and panic, as well as legal liability. Citizens were urged to maintain public order.
