In Bishkek, drug dealers with 50 doses of synthetic drugs were detained
According to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital, the Drug Control Service received information that individuals engaged in the sale of synthetic drugs through hidden stashes were operating in the Pervomaisky district.
As a result of operational activities within the framework of the preventive operation "Den", actions related to placing stashes were recorded. A. B., born in 2006, and A. T., born in 2007, were detained. They had 50 packets of synthetic narcotic substances ready for further sale.
The investigation established that they obtained the prohibited substances through one of the Telegram channels, after which they packaged and hid them in stash spots throughout the city.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During urgent investigative actions using a service search dog, a search was conducted at the residence of one of the detainees. During the search, electronic scales, packaging material, tape, shrink tubes, gloves, and masks were found and seized—all of these items were used for packaging drugs.
The detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Further investigation is ongoing.
The Main Department of Internal Affairs also urges parents to closely monitor their children, inquire about their surroundings and sources of income, as the involvement of youth in the illegal drug trade often occurs through the internet under the pretext of "quick earnings."
