According to the committee, a number of citizens with connections to organized criminal groups that commit serious crimes and engage in extortion with threats of physical violence to finance their criminal activities have been identified.
In Kyzyl-Kiya, a cell of followers of U.I., a member of the criminal group registered as "ABD TOR," which belongs to the group of K.Dosonov (Dzhengo), was discovered. These individuals committed a robbery on December 26, 2025, against a citizen S.I.N, born in 1997, a native of the Nookat district of the Osh region, causing him serious bodily harm and seizing cash in the amount of 230,000 soms.
In connection with the above-mentioned event, a criminal case was initiated on December 28, 2025, under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, the following individuals supporting the criminal ideology were detained:
- Sh.M.A., born on 12.02.1992, a native of Kyzyl-Kiya;
- A.Sh.J., born on 06.08.2002, a native of Kyzyl-Kiya;
- T.M.I., born on 24.03.1999, a native of Kyzyl-Kiya;
- Zh.A.T., born on 14.06.1998, a native of Kyzyl-Kiya.
Furthermore, these individuals, wishing to support members of the organized criminal group serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty, stole a Nexia car worth 150,000 soms from citizen S.A.K, born on 29.12.2005, and sold it, sending the proceeds to the prisons for the "bosses."
M.Sh. and Sh.A. have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Batken District Department of Internal Affairs, and investigative actions are ongoing.
