Based on this fact, a preliminary investigation was initiated. During the inquiry, the participants in the conflict were detained and questioned by the investigative authorities. A forensic medical examination revealed that the injuries sustained by the victims were classified as minor harm and caused a temporary impairment of health.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and investigative actions were commenced.
Police representatives reported that all arguments from both sides are being considered during the investigation. Currently, an additional commission examination has been appointed for the victims, the results of which will help in making a lawful decision.
The Internal Affairs Directorate also noted that a video appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, accusing the investigation of being improperly conducted, was circulated on social media.
