According to available information, on February 23, 2026, a victim approached the police and reported an attack. He claims that on that day, around 06:00, in the area of the "Ozyornoye" residential complex, he was attacked by strangers who used physical force and stole his Redmi mobile phone worth 20,000 soms, after which they fled the scene.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, according to preliminary data, the suspects forced the victim to record a video message with false information about his alleged involvement in illegal activities. This was done to conceal the crime and mislead those around.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain six men born in 1998, 1999, 2006, and 2007, as well as a girl born in 2004. All of them have been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, police officers are checking their possible involvement in other similar crimes. The investigation is ongoing.
