Employees of the Bishkek police halted the activities of an alleged fraudster who held the position of chairman in one of the joint-stock companies. According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the detained individual, identified as T.D., is suspected of illegally selling elite housing owned by another citizen.
According to the case materials, law enforcement agencies were approached by A.G., who reported that on January 15, T.D. managed to gain her trust and deceitfully sold her apartment to third parties. The mentioned property is located on Toktonalieva Street.
As a result of the investigation, within the framework of a criminal case under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, A.M., born in 1989, was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
