The incident occurred on January 7, when the police department of the Moscow district received information about a man who had been admitted to a local hospital with injuries sustained from a beating in the village of Ak-Suu. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene, where the victim reported that he had been beaten by his neighbor. According to him, on January 4, he invited his neighbor over for a gathering with alcohol. During the feast, around 11 PM, a quarrel broke out between them, which escalated into a fight. As a result, the neighbor beat the complainant.
This incident has been recorded under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Causing serious harm to health").
The law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, born in 1981, known as A.Yu. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, an investigation is underway.
