The security guard threw the driver's phone
An incident occurred on the road in Bishkek, during which a cash collector beat a driver and threw away his mobile phone. This information was reported by the press service of the Interior Ministry of the October district.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 24, a report about this incident was received by service 102 on 7 April Street.
The incident was registered in the Unified Register of the Interior Ministry, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
During the investigation, the officers of the Public Security Management identified the attacker — a citizen A.A., born in 1991, who was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility based on Article 126 (Minor Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
