According to available information, the suspect, using fabricated connections with the leadership of the Interior Ministry, deceitfully obtained a sum of 500 dollars from citizen J.A.Z.
At present, the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District has already initiated a criminal case against J.A.Z.
After this, the suspect began to threaten J.A.Z., claiming that the investigation would soon decide on his arrest. He stated that he could influence the investigative authorities and resolve the situation, for which he demanded an additional 2000 dollars.
On February 18, in Bishkek, within the framework of a criminal case under Article 343 "Extortion of a bribe" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ch.R.Z. was detained while receiving 45,000 soms.
He is currently placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and during them, other individuals involved in this case are being identified.
