This information was announced by Kanbu Kalysheva, a sanitary doctor in the communal direction at the disease prevention and sanitary-epidemiological surveillance center of the city of Osh and Osh region.
She noted that there are 12 centers in the city offering aesthetic services (skin rejuvenation and restoration). Five institutions are engaged in injection procedures (administering substances under the skin), of which only four have licenses. For establishments providing aesthetic services, a license is not required.
"In 2025, there were no complaints from clients of cosmetology services. In centers providing injection procedures, explanatory work is conducted twice a year, while for those offering aesthetic services — once a year. Raids are also organized. Most institutions offering aesthetic services frequently change their addresses, while licensed injection centers operate at a permanent address," Kalysheva said.
As a result of inspections conducted in 2025, three establishments were fined a total of 21,000 soms for violating sanitary norms.
