The incident occurred on February 7 on Suvanberdieva Street. The victim stated that around 21:30, several young men approached him, demanding his phone and jacket, valued at 8,000 soms.
The case has been registered under Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning robbery.
During operational activities, police officers detained two suspects: S.A. and A.E., both born in 2004. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
