In 24 hours, 7 fires were registered in Kyrgyzstan

On February 18, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that 7 cases of fires were registered in Kyrgyzstan over the past day. A total of 8 fire teams were involved in extinguishing them.

According to the information, the incidents occurred in different regions of the country: 3 fires were recorded in the Chui region, one each in the Issyk-Kul and Jalal-Abad regions, as well as in Bishkek and Osh, where one fire also occurred.

In the Oktobrskiy district of the capital, Bishkek, the fire destroyed 6 roof pillars of a house with wooden supports that was covered with metal. Inside the building, 4 cabinets, 4 wheels, a refrigerator, dishes, clothing, as well as 2 wooden doors and 2 plastic windows were burned.

In the city of Kara-Balta, located in the Chui region, the fire engulfed the ceiling of an apartment in a multi-story building, covering an area of 30 square meters, as well as household items. The evacuation involved 3 people, but no one was injured.

At the moment, the causes of the fires are being established. Over the course of the day, 4 rescue service call-outs were also made.
