According to information from the victim, on January 30 at around five in the morning at the nightclub "Bulki," he became a victim of assault by security guards. Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the operation "Bandit," police officers managed to detain two suspects: T.O., born in 2005, and Zh.R., born in 2006. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation of the case is ongoing.
