Illegal capture of kekliks. Poachers fined 12,500 soms.
During the raid, it was revealed that residents of the village of Kara-Zhyjach, located in the Toktogul district, illegally captured nine individuals of the chukar partridge without using firearms.
A protocol was drawn up regarding this incident in accordance with part 263 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses," and a fine of 12,500 soms was imposed on the offenders. Additionally, according to government resolution No. 224, the damage from the capture of the nine chukars was estimated at 36,000 soms.
