After identifying the girl, the department's employees contacted her parents and drew up a protocol against them under part 3 of Article 184 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. They were fined 15,000 soms.
The department emphasized that allowing minors to operate vehicles is a serious violation of the law, which jeopardizes the safety not only of the child but also of other road users.
In this regard, the department urged parents not to allow their children to get behind the wheel.
The department also reminded that in case of observing violations of the Traffic Rules, citizens can report this to the Main Department for Road Traffic Safety hotline at 0777102102 or through its official social media channels.
The department assured that all incoming reports will be reviewed, and appropriate measures will be taken.
