According to law enforcement agencies, around 07:30, a driver named S. K., born in 1990, driving a KIA K5, hit a 19-year-old girl, F. A., on Tynaliyev Street while she was crossing the road.
Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident.
The investigation into this case has been initiated in accordance with Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of traffic rules that led to serious harm due to negligence. The driver has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
