On February 15, 2026, a tragic incident occurred in the recreation area "Teplye Klyuchi," when a car carrying four people veered off the road and fell off a cliff into the Alamidin River.
According to information provided by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, a report of the incident was received at 15:30 by the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun district. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
Preliminary data indicates that the driver of the Hyundai Sonata, born in 2000 and named S.B., lost control at the 15th kilometer of the Bishkek - "Teplye Klyuchi" road, which led to the car falling into the river. As a result of the accident, he and two of his passengers, young women of Asian descent aged about 20-25, died at the scene from their injuries.
Another passenger, J.A., born in 2000, sustained various injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Chui regional hospital.
Currently, the process of identifying the two deceased young women is underway. Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed.
Additionally, a comprehensive and thorough investigation is being conducted to determine all the circumstances of the incident. Based on its results, a decision will be made in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
