It became known that participants in the enforcement proceedings came to the Osh city department to check for arrears in alimony, based on a court order from the Kara-Suu District Court dated February 28, 2020. The total amount of debt is 51,737 soms.
During the inspection, agency staff noted that no illegal actions or conflicts occurred during the verification of the debt. After the activities were completed, the participants left the building.
The agency emphasized that "the circumstances that led to the dispute occurred outside the walls of the department and are not related to the work of the Enforcement Service staff."
Nevertheless, regarding the use of physical force that occurred on February 11, law enforcement agencies have initiated a criminal case under Article 131, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code.
According to the results of the forensic medical examination, the victim sustained harm that falls into the category of less serious injuries.
A copy of the ruling to initiate a criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor of the city of Osh, and the case is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
