The incident, which occurred on January 4, took place in the parking lot of one of the large hypermarkets. The victim reported that at half past five in the morning, strangers approached him, took 10,000 soms and a dashcam.
A criminal case was initiated regarding this incident under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detained individual turned out to be J.M., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
