A resident of the capital, identified as Zh.N., filed a complaint with the Investigative Service. She reported that on the night of January 30 to 31, 2026, the criminals broke through a plastic window, entered her home in the "Kok-Jar" area, and stole money and jewelry worth 3 million soms. After committing the crime, they fled the scene.
In connection with these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
As part of operational search activities, a 34-year-old man, S.A., previously convicted of similar crimes, was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.

According to law enforcement officials, the detainee is linked to ten similar thefts committed both in Bishkek and in the Chuy region.
